Cryogenic
transport tanks are primarily used as distribution
equipment to deliver liquid gases such as Oxygen,
Nitrogen, Argon, CO2, Methane, etc. from production
centers to the consumer points. These are double
walled vacuum and perlite or super insulated tanks and
the inner vessel is made of stainless steel to withstand
cryogenic temperatures. |

These tanks designs are ideal for mounting on the vehicle
chassis, allowing maximum contact between the bottom of
the tank and the chassis. Larger tanks are available as
semi-trailer type. The operation box at the end of the
tank enhances convenience of operation. An in-built
evaporator ensures quick withdrawal of liquid. A unique
suspension support system optimizes thermal heat loss
while improving operation under difficult road
conditions. Larger tanks can be mounted on flat bed
chassis as per customer requirements.
Transport tanks are normally filled at relatively low
pressures. However, at the point of delivery the pressure
has to be increased to a suitable point above that of the
gas distribution system at the customer's location.
Hence, cryogenic transport tanks are fitted with pressure building coils
and a liquid transfer pump. |

The tank is cleaned
to Oxygen duty requirement from inside and delivered
with dry Nitrogen seal gas, to prevent any kind
of
contamination during transportation.

blasted and finished with polyurethene paint to provide long term durability.

valves and regulators used, are supplied by world
renowned manufacturers. This ensures trouble-free
service.
