maneuverability and capable of transporting liquid
Nitrogen and Oxygen. The tank is ideal for customers
having gas requirement of 20 to 200 cylinders per weeks
and small quantity of liquid like hospitals, Fabrication
facilities, Laboratories, chemical and pharmaceutical,
Electronic industries where requirements of high purity
gas, Automobile Industries, Remote Purging, On site
construction and demolishing units. Construction is
similar to a regular cryogenic cold converter with easy

andling by fork lift, small crane or chain pulley.

4. MOBILE CYLINDER FILLING STATION

Mobile Cylinder filling station is
basically a cryogenic transport tank mounted on the skid along
with low NPSH liquid reciprocating pump, high pressure
cylinder filling vaporiser, cylinder filling manifold along
with interconnecting piping and control panel, which can be
suitably mounted on a
chassis or trailer.
Capacity of the tank, pump and
vaporiser and number of cylinder filling points in the
manifold can be offered to suit customer request and to the
maximum extent possible on a designated GVW/GTW
chassis/trailer.

| 5. VACUUM JACKETED/SUPER INSULATED
PIPING

Vacuum insulated piping in various
bends and spool length can be supplied in line with customer
requirements with the options of conventional insulated ield
joint, vacuum insulated joints or bayonet coupling.

piping.
Construction: Multi layer super
insulation of the outer pipe. Annular space is evacuated to
high degree of vacuum. Provisions for handling thermal
contraction-expansion and effect of out gassing.
