Inox India has its factory at Kalol near  Vadodara, Gujarat which manufactures cryogenic tanks. Specialized facilities at various stages of production and stringent quality control measures ensures  world class quality.

  • In house X-ray and Gamma ray facility.

As an ISO 9001 company, Inox India follows a methodical approach towards engineering. For standard products, established engineering design norms are followed. Non-standard products are subject to careful evaluation of each specification to find out feasibility and viability of the design. In addition to CAD Station, specialized computerized analyses are carried out on different aspects of the design such as Pressure Vessel analysis, thermal analysis, piping design, support analysis etc.

Stringent Quality Control is the backbone of our equipments. We have very elaborate manufacturing and testing procedures to ensure that our products leave no room for errors.

Quality Assurance has been built into the system of manufacture. This activity starts from the identification of plate for starting the manufacture and ends with certifying the job as complete. Thus, at every stage Quality Assurance is an in-built part of the production process.

Various specialized equipment and facilities are provided for ensuring quality requirements. Some of these are:

  • Ultrasonic thickness gauge for inspecting  thickness at different locations.

  • Helium leak detection equipment, for Fool proof leak detection.

  • Black lamp for oxygen duty cleaning inspection.

  • Calibration facilities for pressure gauges.

  • Materials testing equipment.

  • Radiography, X-Ray, Gamma Rays

  • Various welding jigs and fixtures

  • Dew point measuring equipment

  • Surface preparation, comparator and many others
